Important Notice for Android Users
If you are using an Android device, please scan the QR code again or click the app icon link after completing the initial app installation. This is required to fix a known login issue. After installing the app for the first time, return to this page and scan the QR code a second time to ensure proper authentication.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an account?
Use the email address that you registered and paid for at the Conference website when prompted by the app. We will send you a magic link to sign in.
The app is behaving strangely, the app is not opening, or I am not able to sign in.
If you were part of our beta testing program at another confernce you will need to delete the app (and all it's data) and then install the app again.
Can I access conference content offline?
Yes, it is one of the core features of the app, providing a chance for attendees to parouse and bookmark events in the schedule while traveling or where WiFi is unstable. The app will cache the content you view while you are connected to the internet. Some things, such as the full abstracts, will not be cached to save space on your device. However, if you view an abstract while online, you will be able to view it again while offline.
